Compatibility & Usage

Professional Packaging assumes no responsibility for the suitability of any container or closure for a customer’s specific application. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to perform all necessary usage and compatibility testing. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from the selection and use of our products. Please note that containers intended for edible products must be cleaned by the customer prior to use.

Pricing Policy

Product and shipping prices are subject to change without notice and may fluctuate based on prevailing market conditions for raw materials. For large volume purchases (pallet or truckload quantities), please contact us directly to discuss volume discounts and optimized shipping methods.

Ordering & Cancellations

  • Minimum Order: While most items are available for individual shipment, select items must be purchased in full case quantities to minimize the risk of shipping damage.
  • Cancellations: Cancelled orders may incur a processing fee to cover the costs associated with refunding credit card payments.

Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: In-stock items ordered by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) will ship the next business day via FedEx Ground. Shipping times vary by destination.
  • Shipping Costs: Orders are shipped “Prepaid and Add,” with shipping and handling calculated and included in the order total. Items with irregular dimensions or excessive weight may require manual calculation. Rates for shipments outside the Continental United States must be calculated by our staff.
  • Expedited Delivery: Expedited shipping is available upon request. Orders must be received by 10:00 AM MST to be eligible. Please contact our Will Call Department at 1-800-748-4250 to arrange this service.

Will Call (Local Pickup)

Customers in Salt Lake City, Utah, and surrounding areas may pick up orders at our warehouse. We will notify you when your order is staged and ready for collection.

Pickup Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST (excluding holidays).

Returns, Credits, and Defects

  • Return Authorization: All returns require prior approval and must display a valid Return Authorization (R/A) Number on the package.
  • Conditions: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Timeline: Claims for damages, shortages, or returns must be reported within 30 days of shipment.
  • Exclusions: Clearance items and special orders are non-returnable.
  • Defective Product: Defective items may be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We may require a product sample for inspection before determining the defect status.
